An edge-case perspective on psychology.

Due to a complex cognitive profile, I've had to find ways to understand and work within the nuances of my own experience. ADHD, twice exceptionality, SAD + GAD + MDD tied to an underlying serotonin deficit. Overcoming these particularly entangled obstacles has taken decades and led to many conclusions and discoveries that I surely would not have otherwise come to; this is my attempt to share some of the value that I picked up along the way.
